Something Underneath - Show Title Case Study

Title packages are always fun to sink our teeth into…but throw in some retro horror vibes and a missing person mystery? We're all in. This doc dives into a family’s search for their dad who vanished when they were kids, so the tone had to hit that sweet spot between unsettling and emotional. We started by exploring every angle the name could suggest before locking in the final title animation. From there, we built out the full package: lower thirds, credits, and a full treatment of gritty, mismatched archival footage to pull everything into one hauntingly cohesive world.
