Designing and animating a title package for a TV show is always a creative treat, especially when the client is going for retro horror vibes. A documentary about a family trying to solve the mysterious disappearance of their father when they were kids, there are various ways to interpret the show’s title. We started by exploring all the visual concepts that came to mind before honing in on a final animation, then developing additional elements like lower thirds and credits, in addition to treating a variety of archival footage from different sources to give everything a consistent feel and style.
