Confab is an HR tool that makes communication easier between managers and employees. This video shows what their tool can do through the story of Willie and Wanda in various office scenarios. Willie is just a little tea cup who works at a large company and becomes increasingly frustrated with the lack of efficiency and personalized attention at his company due to an over-worked manager. Just as Willie reaches his boiling point, Wanda, his manager, steps in and diffuses the situation simply by showing her concern for him as a valued employee.
